A nice hotel and great choice for Surabaya. The place is nice & clean, and it’s a big hotel. The rooms are fine, although the bed is a little hard and the bathroom isn’t the cleanest. The breakfast was nice & lots of choice, although they pre-cooked waffles & omelettes and left them on a plate, so they went cold very quickly. It’s a good location but you will need a taxi to get around, but walking distance to Chinatown.

Free water provided at each corridor. Hotel tries to avoid extra trash. No unnecessary bathroom amenities. Nice view from the room Quiet location

Good room. Wifi good. On 9th floor. Staff nice. Breakfast ok.get there early 7am. Need taxi to get anywhere. 10 mins taxi from train station

location and parking space of the hotel is very good, aircon is working well, but only a bit lack of facilities such as soap, Things need to improve: lighting, and I saw bath mat is a bit dirty. If you are looking for short stay is okay in here, worth since the price is less than USD 15/night. However it is not recommended to stay here for longer than one days
